Overnight Oats

Hello Beautiful People ❤

Over the last few weeks I’ve been eating a lot of over night oats for my breakfast. It is one of the few things that actually fills me before work. I am a big believer that starting your day with a good, wholesome breakfast is key to staying on track. I find otherwise I am craving something sugary by 11.00am and when you’ve a canteen full of chocolate and crisps only two flights of stairs away, this craving has to be kept at bay.

Confessions of a Secret Snacker : Back on Track

Hello Beautiful People ❤

We are almost over the Hump in the week, stay strong, Friday is coming 🙂 As I said last week I am on a mission to lose half a stone, well now actually 3 lbs. Just from cutting back (not cutting out) bad food, I lost 4lbs in just under a week. Continue reading

Confessions of a Secret Snacker : Revised

Hello Beautiful People ❤

I hope you all had a great Paddy’s Day and now at least we are almost over hump day!  🙂 I know I have been neglecting my weekly food posts lately. I think it’s pretty easy to guess why; my eating habits have been horrendous! I’ve always had bad snacking habits hence the creation of this weekly post. Lately however I have been eating everything unhealthy that you can possibly think of. I don’t know where my motivation has gone. Continue reading

Add Some Goodness to your Short Stack

Hey Guys,

Happy Pancake Day! I hope you’re all planning on tucking in to some delicious options whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner (or all three in my case!) I Love pancakes so this is my favourite kind of Tuesday 🙂

There are numerous different carb free and protein pancake recipes out there and I do in general love them. For today though I think it’s ok to partake in a little pancake indulgence. At the end of the day, it’s all about balance. Continue reading

Sunday’s Casual Attire

Hey Guys,

I can’t believe it’s Monday already, where did that weekend go? As I said in my last post, I stayed at home Friday and Saturday due to illness, but Sunday I decided to venture outside. As I was going for dinner, I wanted something comfortable but that still looked remotely decent.

It was of course freezing outside, so I wrapped up in my River Island leather jacket minus the fur (I still love that it is detachable!) My boyfriend also laughed quite a substantial amount at my hat but I still maintain that I love it 🙂

It was lovely to get out of the house and feel normal again for the day. We ended up staying in the place longer than we had originally planned; just eating, drinking and chatting. I don’t think we had planned to eat quite so much food, but we ended up going for the full three courses. I didn’t get a picture of dessert. It didn’t last very long!

I love days like this, they are what Sundays are all about!

I am back on healthy eating today guys and will be doing a post on it this week, so stay tuned. I hope you all had a great weekend 🙂

Until Next Time My Loves
