I hope you’ve all had a wonderful week? I’ve been craving a lot of chocolate this week. It’s always the same when I’m tired. I think we all need a little pick me up after a long day in work or when that 3.00pm slump hits.

I hope you had a lovely weekend? I’m always a lot more flexible when it comes to eating Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This sometimes ends up in a bit too much yummy food but hey life is all about balance! On Mondays however I try to get back to my healthy eating. This combined with tiredness and the fact that it’s Monday, mean I do crave junk food.
