I hope you are feeling in tip top form today? I’ve been doing quite a bit of research over the last week in regards to the weighing scales. I was never the biggest advocate of the scales, however I did find that they helped me over the last few weeks. Weighing myself made me realise that what I was eating was slowly but surely catching up on me. It gave me the kick in the bum that I needed to be a bit more mindful of what I was eating.
What I have noticed however is that when I eat healthier food and do some exercise, I don’t seem to lose the weight. I do however look and feel better. The scales seem to be going down when I eat more ‘low fat’ processed foods, that really aren’t the best for me. Despite the scales being lighter, I hadn’t noticed too much difference in my appearance, which for me is more important than a number. Continue reading
