I hope you are feeling in tip top form today? I’ve been doing quite a bit of research over the last week in regards to the weighing scales. I was never the biggest advocate of the scales, however I did find that they helped me over the last few weeks. Weighing myself made me realise that what I was eating was slowly but surely catching up on me. It gave me the kick in the bum that I needed to be a bit more mindful of what I was eating.
What I have noticed however is that when I eat healthier food and do some exercise, I don’t seem to lose the weight. I do however look and feel better. The scales seem to be going down when I eat more ‘low fat’ processed foods, that really aren’t the best for me. Despite the scales being lighter, I hadn’t noticed too much difference in my appearance, which for me is more important than a number. Continue reading →

I didn’t initially do a ‘What I Wore’ post as I felt I didn’t get great pictures, but I’ve added in some substitute pictures below to combat that.
I hope you’re all having a great Thursday. It is technically Friday for me cue the not so subtle victory dance. It’s been a hectic few days so I am only getting to do my post on Boohoo’s media day now! The event was held in The Morisson Hotel on Tuesday the 31st. The hotel itself is lovely and the room for the event was done to perfection.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. I am slightly fragile while writing this post. Alcohol is not my friend, yet I still haven’t learned my lesson. Mondays are always tougher when you’re sleep deprived.

We are almost over the Hump in the week, stay strong, Friday is coming 🙂 As I said last week I am on a mission to lose half a stone, well now actually 3 lbs. Just from cutting back (not cutting out) bad food, I lost 4lbs in just under a week. Continue reading →
