Hello Beautiful People,
It’s detox time!
If you read my diet post last week (here) you will know that I didn’t eat too healthy. Well this week was worse. Much worse. I really don’t like writing a post that isn’t motivational, but I always aim to be honest. Plus my Snapchat (DayDreamerChic) showcased all my sins throughout the week haha!
I’m not a big ‘Detox’ or ‘Juicing’ fan, primarily because I’m such a foodie. Instead I’m going to do a mini detox. Basically I’m just cutting out some bad stuff and adding in some good stuff ☺️
I know I won’t stick to anything too strict, especially after 2 weeks of bad food! It’s not healthy to go from 0 to 100 straight away.
I just need to get back to basics…
My Plan for the next 5 days:
- Apple Cider Vinegar every morning
- No bread
- 3 litres of water a day
- 2 x cups of green tea a day
- No ‘bad’ sugar – yes to fruit, no to all junk food
- Detox water every morning
- Green smoothie for breakfast every morning
- No processed snacks: protein bars, popcorn, low cal choc etc. If I don’t make it, then I’m not eating it!
My favourite detox water: grapefruit, lemon, & cucumber.
As always, I’ll keep you updated over on Snapchat & Instagram. If I have to post it, I know I’ll be more careful!
