I hope you’re all having a lovely day?
Guys, I don’t know what happened to me this week. I mean I started every day healthily but every evening, found myself eating chocolate. I just had an off week, which happens to the best of us, I know. I do however wish I’d reigned in the calorie consumption a tad bit!
I didn’t work out much either, which often does lead to me snacking more. Going out on Saturday night also didn’t help matters as I decided it was appropriate to eat enough food to feed the entire nation on Sunday when I was feeling a little sensitive. I’m such a comfort eater, so if I’m feeling in any way tired or sick, I eat. A lot.
Needless to say the last thing I wanted to do was take any progress pictures. You can see from my stance, I’m not too comfortable, but I think that’s normal for a lot of us! I can see the areas I want to work on and I’m hoping that in a few weeks, I will have better pics to show you.
You will have seen on my Snapchat (DayDreamerChic) that I prepped a healthy lunch for today and I’m going to try keep this up for the week. I’m also having protein oats for breakfast each morning to avoid the 11 o’clock slump.
I’m also going to make my vegan cookies again to avoid snacking on too much chocolate. You can find the recipe here – they’re just so handy to have!
The plan for this week then is as follows:
- 3 x workouts
- 2.5ltrs of water a day
- Protein with every meal
- 7hrs of sleep (this will definitely be the toughest for me)
- 1 x cheat day (Friday)
- No chocolate or any sort of junk food except for Friday

I’m forgetting about my bad week and trying to stay positive. I’m going to keep you guys updated as always on Snapchat, Facebook & Twitter, but it is my Instagram that I primarily use for food / diet updates. I use it as a visual food diary and find that it helps me stay motivated!
