I stumbled across two or three different recipes for detox water over the last few days, however I decided to mix and match the best pieces out of each to ensure the highest levels of fat burning possible! This recipe will help detox your body and leave you feeling fresh. Now it is not miracle water and wont help you shed 10lbs but it will leave you feeling good and helps get rid of some toxins in your body. It’s simple, quick and easy too which is always a bonus in my book!
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 a grapefruit
- 1/3 of a cucumber
- 10-12 mint leaves
What you do:
- Chop up all your ingredients like so:
- Add in approx 1.5 ltrs of water (depending on the size of the jug you are using!)
- Pop it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to let it fuse
