Olivia Palermo Wedding Style

They’ve been dating since 2008 but now possibly the two most stylish people on the planet have tied the knot. The famous fashionista and reality star married German model Johannes Huebl on Saturday in Bedford, Neenhanced-30057-1404061788-2w York. Many were shocked at the star’s chosen attire and the fact she did not opt for the traditional wedding gown. I don’t know why anyone assumed that this fashion queen would choose anything less than unique perfection. I personally loved her twist on the traditional wedding gown. This woman’s style intuition is golden.

The stunning Palermo chose  a three piece ensemble; a cashmere sweater with white shorts, overlaid by a superb satin and silk tulle skirt. All of which were designed by Carolina Herrera. Not satisfied with her look being completely original, the beauty decided to add an extra twist by opting for blue Manolo Blahniks as her preferred footwear on the day. Her something blue perhaps?

One thing ienhanced-27577-1404061979-5s certain; there are not many women who could carry off this outfit so effortlessly. She really is such a style icon.

Her equally beautiful hubby wore an equally stylish tailored bespoke Marc Anthony Hamburg suit, in which he looked absolutely delicious! Not many men could pull off an all white suit but we wouldn’t expect anything less from the new Mr Palermo.

I love that her hair, makeup and accessories were simplistic and minimal as they did not detract from her outfit. She really sums up the definition of effortless, classic style. I’m looking forward to seeing the couple’s next array of outfits and can’t even begin to comprehend how stylish their children will be!
